Women in Kibera, Nairobi are building their capacities to fulfill their dreams of having economic opportunities for generating income. They need income to support themselves and their families in accessing basic social services. We are seeking volunteers to support in capacity building for establishing self-help groups among the women of Kibera. We are also looking for funding opportunities from international, regional or national cooperation agencies, as well as from individuals. Women are using their natural skills to manufacture jewelry and handicrafts of great quality and design.
